After successful payment, the customer will receive an order and payment confirmation via the email address used during checkout. Confirmation is usually sent immediately or within 24 hours.

في حال الموافقة على الاسترداد، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد تستغرق عملية ظهور المبلغ من 10 إلى 45 يومًا حسب البنك أو جهة إصدار البطاقة.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days to appear, depending on the card issuing bank.

✕ الإلغاء والاستبدال · Cancellation and Replacement
