📦 مواعيد معالجة الطلب · Order Processing Times

يتم تجهيز الطلبات عادة خلال 1–2 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الدفع بنجاح. يبدأ احتساب مدة التوصيل بعد تسليم الطلب إلى شركة الشحن، وليس من وقت إنشاء الطلب فقط.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from successful payment confirmation. Delivery time starts after the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, not only from the time the order is placed.

• الطلبات قبل الساعة 12 ظهرًا قد تُعالَج في نفس يوم العمل Orders placed before 12 PM may be processed on the same business day
• الطلبات بعد الساعة 12 ظهرًا قد تُعالَج في يوم العمل التالي Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed on the next business day
• لا تتم معالجة الطلبات عادة في أيام الجمعة أو العطل الرسمية Orders are usually not processed on Fridays or public holidays

• باقي محافظات الأردن: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل Other Jordanian governorates: 3 to 7 business days
• الشحن الدولي لدول الخليج: من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل تقريبًا International shipping to GCC countries: approximately 7 to 14 business days

📍 تتبع الشحنة · Order Tracking

بعد شحن طلبك، سنرسل لك معلومات التتبع عند توفرها عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل أو واتساب حسب البيانات التي قمت بتزويدنا بها أثناء الطلب.

After your order is shipped, we will send tracking information when available by email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided during checkout.

🏠 عنوان التوصيل · Delivery Address

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال عنوان توصيل صحيح وكامل، بما في ذلك المدينة، المنطقة، الشارع، رقم الهاتف، وأي تفاصيل إضافية تساعد شركة الشحن على الوصول للموقع.

The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address, including city, area, street, phone number, and any additional details that help the carrier reach the location.

• قد يؤدي العنوان غير الصحيح أو الناقص إلى تأخير التوصيل Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays
• إذا تعذر التوصيل بسبب خطأ في العنوان، قد يتحمل العميل رسوم إعادة الشحن If delivery fails due to an address error, the customer may bear re-shipping fees
• يرجى التأكد من أن رقم الهاتف متاح لاستقبال اتصال شركة الشحن Please ensure your phone number is available to receive carrier calls

↺ فشل التوصيل أو عدم الاستلام · Failed Delivery or Non-Collection

في حال عدم وجود المستلم أو عدم القدرة على التواصل معه، قد تقوم شركة الشحن بمحاولة توصيل إضافية حسب سياساتها. إذا تم إرجاع الشحنة إلينا بسبب عدم الاستلام أو عنوان غير صحيح، قد يتم خصم رسوم الشحن أو إعادة الشحن من العميل.

If the recipient is unavailable or cannot be reached, the carrier may attempt delivery again according to its policies. If the shipment is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, shipping or re-shipping fees may be charged to the customer.

✈ الشحن الدولي · International Shipping

نوفر حاليًا الشحن الدولي لبعض دول الخليج العربي، وقد تتوفر دول إضافية حسب إعدادات صفحة الدفع وشركة الشحن المتاحة.

We currently offer international shipping to selected GCC countries, and additional countries may be available depending on checkout settings and available shipping carriers.

لا نقوم بشحن المنتجات أو تقديم الخدمات إلى الدول أو الأفراد أو الكيانات الخاضعة لعقوبات OFAC أو أي قوائم عقوبات دولية أو محلية مطبقة.

We do not ship products or provide services to countries, individuals, or entities subject to OFAC sanctions or any applicable international or local sanctions lists.

⚠ تلف الشحنة أو فقدانها · Damaged or Lost Shipments

يرجى فحص الطرد فور الاستلام. إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو بحالة غير سليمة، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرسال صور واضحة للطرد والمنتج ورقم الطلب.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged or in improper condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the parcel, product, and order number.

سنقوم بمراجعة الحالة والتنسيق مع شركة الشحن عند الحاجة، وقد يتم تقديم استبدال أو حل مناسب حسب نتيجة المراجعة وسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.

We will review the case and coordinate with the shipping carrier when necessary. A replacement or suitable solution may be provided depending on the review outcome and our Return and Replacement Policy.

• تأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف قبل إتمام الطلب Verify your delivery address and phone number before completing your order
• في حال غياب المستلم، قد تحاول شركة الشحن التوصيل مرة أخرى حسب سياستها If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier may attempt delivery again according to its policy
• افحص الطرد فور الاستلام وأبلغ عن أي تلف خلال 24 ساعة Inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours
• في مواسم الذروة مثل رمضان والأعياد والعروض، قد تمتد مدة التوصيل During peak seasons such as Ramadan, holidays, and promotions, delivery may take longer
• Nashmi Club غير مسؤول عن التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن أو الجمارك أو القوة القاهرة Nashmi Club is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure
